Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 24th, 2026

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding pre-order deposits and purchases for the physical edition of 25 Principles of the Playa (the "Book").

1. The $10 Pre-Order Deposit

To establish production interest and fund a high-quality physical printing run, we accept a refundable pre-order deposit of $10.00 USD.

2. 100% Full Refund Guarantee

We are fully committed to fairness and open-handedness. You are guaranteed a 100% refund of your $10.00 deposit under the following conditions:

180-Day Guarantee: If the physical book is not printed, produced, or ready to ship within 180 days from your deposit date, we will automatically refund your $10.00 deposit in full.
Customer Cancellation: You can request a full refund of your deposit at any time, for any reason, prior to final payment and shipping confirmation. No questions asked.
Project Cancellation: The author reserves the right to cancel the physical printing run at his sole discretion. If canceled, 100% of all deposits will be refunded immediately.

3. Final Booking, Balance Payment & Firm Refund Limit

Once printing is confirmed and the final production price of the premium hardcover is established:

You will receive an email asking if you would like to complete your purchase at the final price plus shipping/delivery.
If you agree: You will be billed for the remaining balance + shipping. **Once this final balance payment is completed, the order is firm, and no refunds will be issued** (as each copy is custom printed and bound specifically for you). The only exception is if the book arrives with a clear physical defect or printing error.
If you do not agree (or do not respond within 14 days): Your $10.00 deposit will be refunded in full immediately, and your reservation will be canceled.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund of your deposit at any time, please send an email to anarh93@gmail.com with your order number, name, and the email address used for the payment. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
